Lot 367 Smith & Wesson Model 629-4 .44 Mag. #BSS3926

American made large frame stainless steel double-action revolver chambered in .44 Magnum. 629-4 was introduced in 1993, and manufactured in Springfield, MA. Featuring a brushed stainless finish, 6" ported barrel, shrouded ejector rod, half length underlug, raised serrated ramp front sight with orange insert, adjustable micrometer click rear sight (partial white outline remaining), fluted six-shot cylinder, smooth curved case-colored trigger, case-colored hammer, checkered hammer spur, firing pin mounted on hammer nose, three screw round butt N target frame, and two-piece finger grooved hardwood grips. Revolver's stainless finish remaining is approximately 98% with only superficial handling marks, and a faint drag line on the cylinder. Metal displays no rust, or deformation. Action is smooth and crisp with tight lock-up, the bore is bright with strong rifling, and the cylinder looks dirty, but the condition is very good. The wood grips are in excellent condition with nothing remarkable. Includes factory blue hard case with paperwork.
Condition is NRA Excellent.
